To better service our customers and deliver on our promise of being responsive, our former Buyer/Planner role has been divided into three different positions: Customer Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator and Buyer.
We are excited to announce this realignment of responsibilities in response to feedback from our customers and staff. We are now better positioned to grow with our customers and able to continue to provide the focused support that our customers expect of QTS.
